Reformer

The Pilates Reformer helps to establish torso stability and postural alignment while working peripheral limbs in a range of motion. The adjustable springs allow for progressive resistance, which helps to lengthen and strengthen the muscles rather than building bulk. It makes for an effective, no-impact stretching and toning workout that is friendly to the joints.

Sweat and Reset

Starting the day with a Pilates-style boot camp is the perfect way to reset. This workout will have you sweating out your sins on the Reformer and getting your mind and body back on track. You'll feel refreshed and ready to conquer whatever challenges come your way!

Cardio Sculpt Reformer

This cardio-based Pilates class combines the Reformer, Jumpboard, and maybe some surprises for a high-intensity workout. Using the Jumpboard, participants perform jumps and plyometric moves to boost cardiovascular endurance. This dynamic class offers a full-body workout, blending cardio, strength, and flexibility.
